We do not sell your data and we do not share your data with advertisers.
If you are in the EU, we process your data under contractual necessity (account creation and subscription access), legitimate interest (security and fraud prevention), and consent (where applicable for communication).
Your data is stored securely using Supabase (authentication and database) and Stripe (billing and payments). Both providers meet industry‑standard security and compliance requirements.
We only share your data with service providers essential to operating Sea Within, including Stripe and Supabase. We never sell or rent your information.

Payments are processed securely through Stripe. By subscribing, you agree to recurring charges until cancellation and understand that access may end if payment fails. Refunds are handled according to our refund policy, if applicable.
You retain ownership of the content you create. By posting on Sea Within, you grant us a non‑exclusive license to display your content within the platform and to moderate or remove content that violates our guidelines. You agree not to post harmful, abusive, hateful, illegal, infringing, or spam content.
All original Sea Within content — including visuals, rituals, text, branding, design, and cinematic experiences — is owned by Sea Within and protected by copyright.
Sea Within also uses licensed third‑party assets, including videos, images, and audio from platforms such as Pixabay. These assets remain the property of their respective creators and are used under valid licenses. Sea Within does not claim ownership over third‑party content.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, sell, or modify any part of the platform or its licensed content without permission.
Sea Within provides reflective and meditative experiences. It is not medical, psychological, or therapeutic advice. Sea Within is not a substitute for professional care, and you use the platform at your own discretion. We are not liable for decisions made based on content within the sanctuary.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sea Within is provided “as is.” We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 12 months.

Sea Within offers a cinematic sanctuary experience through digital membership access. Because our content is delivered instantly and digitally, all membership sales are considered final unless required by applicable law.
Membership fees, subscription renewals, and digital access purchases are non‑refundable once processed. By subscribing, you acknowledge that access to Sea Within begins immediately and is therefore not eligible for return.
If you believe a payment was made in error, contact us within 7 days at seawithinyourself@gmail.com. We will review the situation and determine whether an exception is appropriate.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Your membership will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle. No partial refunds are provided for unused time.

Treat others with kindness. Harassment, bullying, discrimination, or targeted harm is not permitted.
Do not post content encouraging self‑harm, violence, illegal activity, or dangerous behavior.
The Wisdom Board is not for advertising or self‑promotion. Posts must be genuine expressions.
Do not share sensitive personal information (yours or others’). Keep the sanctuary safe for everyone.
Sea Within may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these guidelines.
